Options by timeline
Today, this week, this month
What's realistic depends mostly on how much time is left and whether there's property. Here's the honest version.
Same business day
- $20k to $250k possible same day (property-secured)
- Same-day funding possible for smaller unsecured amounts
- Best odds when you ring before mid-morning
Two to five business days
- Up to $5m possible within 24–48 hours once the property is assessed
- Unsecured cash-flow options, typically $5k – $500k
- Time to compare, not just grab
Two weeks or more
- Secured, unsecured or a line of credit
- Size the facility to the real gap
- Plan the exit before you sign

Six things on the desk before you dial
On a tight deadline, it's paperwork — not decisions — that costs the hours. Gather these first and the call can be about solutions.
- The bill or notice — amount, payee, due date
- Photo ID for every director who'll sign
- Bank statement access for every trading account
- ABN or ACN and the legal business name
- Property details if there's security
- Your exit — how it gets repaid

Deadline myths
Four things that stop people ringing in time
Myth Asking will hurt my credit file.
Truth Enquiring is free and involves no credit check. You only discuss a credit check if you decide to proceed.
Myth If the bank said no, nobody will say yes.
Truth Banks have their own policies. Private and specialist lenders look at security, trading and the exit differently.
Myth Fast means I'll take whatever I'm offered.
Truth The earlier you ring, the more options you can compare. Speed and choice aren't opposites if you start early.
Myth An ATO debt rules me out.
Truth ATO debt is considered case by case, and funding is often used to clear it before a hard date.

Questions
Hotline FAQ
How fast can a business loan actually happen?
It depends on the security and the paperwork. With property security, $20k to $250k is possible the same day and up to $5m is possible within 24 to 48 hours. Smaller unsecured amounts can sometimes be funded the same day for established trading businesses. None of these timeframes are guaranteed — the first call tells you what's realistic for your deadline.
Does ringing the hotline affect my credit score?
No. Ringing or sending an enquiry doesn't involve a credit check. A credit check only comes up if you decide to go ahead with an option.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. Your enquiry stays with our team. We look at the deadline and match it to an option that can realistically meet it, rather than spraying your details around the market.
How much can I borrow?
Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000 over residential or commercial property. Unsecured and cash-flow options for trading businesses are typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
Can you help if I owe the ATO or have past credit issues?
Often, yes. ATO debt and past credit issues are considered case by case. Tell us upfront — it helps us find an option that fits.
What should I have ready when I call?
The bill, notice or contract behind the deadline, ID for every director, access to your business bank statements, your ABN or ACN, and property details if there's security. The Call-ready sheet puts it all on one page.
Can the money be paid straight to whoever I owe?
Often. Many lenders can pay a supplier, landlord, settlement or the ATO directly, which can be quicker and cleaner on a tight deadline.
Do you publish interest rates?
No. Every business loan is priced on the situation — the security, the amount, the term and the exit — so we talk about the total cost of your actual option rather than advertising a headline number.
