Why a one-page sheet helps on a deadline

A one-page summary of the facts a specialist needs about your deadline — amount, date, payee, purpose, trading, property, signatories and exit — so you have them in front of you when you ring.
Is anything I type sent to you?
No. The sheet is built in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. If you want us to see it, ring the hotline or fill in the enquiry form.
Do I have to fill in every field?
No. Fill in what you know. Blank fields show as gaps on the sheet, which is useful — it shows you what to find before you call.
Can I save it?
Use Print to save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialogue, or Copy to paste it into an email or note. Your draft may also be kept in this browser so you can come back to it.
