About us
About the Deadline Desk
We exist for one kind of problem: a business that needs money by a date it can't move.
Who we help
Business Loan Hotline works with Australian business owners who have a deadline in front of them — a pay run on Thursday, a BAS or director penalty notice, a supplier who wants paying before dispatch, a contract that needs security lodged, a settlement that's come up short, or a machine that broke at the worst possible moment.
Most of the people who ring us aren't in trouble. They're in a timing gap: the money is coming, just not before the date. Some are dealing with something harder — an ATO debt that's grown, a bank that's said no, a past credit issue. We consider those case by case and say plainly what's realistic.
Why a deadline desk?
Because when a date is fixed, the usual way of finding business finance doesn't work. Filling in forms on comparison sites, waiting for call-backs from several lenders, sending the same documents five times — that's fine for a loan you need next quarter. It's no good for one you need by Friday.
So we built the whole service around the date. Every page on this site is organised by how much time you have, what the money is for and what to have ready. The deadline planner turns your date into a countdown with realistic options. And the phone number is on every page, because on a deadline, a conversation is faster than a form.
What we can arrange
- Property-secured business loans from $20,000 to $5,000,000 — first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans over residential or commercial property.
- Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses, typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
- Speed, where it's possible: $20k to $250k possible same day (property-secured); up to $5m possible within 24–48 hours; same-day funding possible for smaller unsecured amounts. None of these is guaranteed — we tell you on the first call whether your window is realistic.
- Business purposes only. We don't arrange consumer credit.
The promises we make
No credit check to ask. Ringing the hotline or sending an enquiry doesn't touch your credit file. That only comes up if you choose to go ahead.
No spray-and-pray. We don't fire your details at a crowd of lenders and wait to see who bites. One team looks at your deadline and matches it to an option that can actually meet it.
A real person. Every enquiry is read by a lending specialist who calls you back. If something about your situation is awkward, say so — it's much easier to work with than a surprise.
And one thing we ask in return: please fill in the enquiry accurately. The real amount, the real date and any property. It's how we get you to the right option on the first call rather than the third.
What we don't do
We don't publish interest rates, because every business loan is priced on its own facts — the security, the amount, the term and the exit. We don't promise speed we can't deliver; when a timeframe on this site says "possible", that's what it means. And we don't cover what to say on the phone — just ring, and we'll ask what we need to know.

Call or enquire
Clock's ticking? Ring the Deadline Desk.
Tell us the date, the amount and what it's for. A real person checks what can realistically land in time — and there's no credit check just for asking.

No credit check to enquire
Ringing or enquiring about your deadline leaves your credit file untouched. A credit check only comes up once you choose to proceed.
No spray-and-pray
We don't fire your details at a dozen lenders and hope. One team looks at your deadline and matches it to the option that can actually meet it.
A real person on the line
A specialist reads every enquiry and calls you back. Straight answers on the form mean the first call can be about solutions, not questions.
